The UHF Module M950 is a state of the art embedded RFID read/write device, with four antenna ports and two interface options.  

Distances of up to 10 meters are easily possible for this high performance 30dBm Module. Thanks to its ISO18000-6C Tags and ETSI & FCC frequencies support (840 – 960 MHz), the M950 is an indispensable component for all RFID Solutions in the UHF range.  

This powerful single board RFID Module comes with complete SDK and testing software for easy integration. Interface options included TTL and RS232.
