The Stick Reader EVO UHF is a compact RFID reader and writer with software programmable power output.

It uses a USB interface for data transfer and power supply. The RFID Stick Reader EVO can be used in many different applications.

The Stick Reader EVO UHF has a reading range of up to 30 cm — depending on day, position, and environmental conditions.

The stick has an integrated antenna that receives linearly polarized signals.

The UHF version supports ISO standard 18000-6C EPC Class 1 Generation 2 type tags.

EVO stick RFID reader can be used in ETSI, 865 - 868 MHz as well as FCC, 902 – 928 MHz regions.

Thanks to its IP40 protection class, it can withstand the ingress of dust and other foreign objects up to 1 mm.

It is ideally suited for use in fluctuating temperature environments from - 10 °C to + 50 °C (14 °F to 122 °F).

 

The stick is a true lightweight at just 20g.

Its handy and compact design, with dimensions of 83.5 × 36 × 11.2 mm, makes it easy to transport and use.

A software development kit is available free of charge. Human interface device (HID) is available optionally.

DESIGN UPDATE: The new design of the EVO Stick Reader is timelessness in its simplicity.

The case is black and rectangular. The material of the reader is made of durable, long-lasting plastic (ABS).
The cover of the USB Reader is also removable.
